My friend Alexis had me take some pictures of her daughter on first birthday but it was a cold wintery day and we only got a few shots so I promised her a continuation session. Well 2 years later here we are haha. Better late than never. Grabbed a few quick shots at the Kaysville Botanical Garden.

The Legg family contacted me to take some quick holiday card pictures. We shot a few in their living room and outside in the snow.

Adrienne or "JoJo" as i've always known her is one of those people that is like family. She was great friends with my sister all throughout high school and now she's got a little family of her own. Took a few shots before her son's first birthday up at the Ogden Nature Center North.

With family coming in and out of town for the holidays, it's the perfect time to take family photos. My cousin rounded up her family to get a few shots in on this oddly warm December day.

Brittany and Matt's big day at Tuscany Gardens in Roy

I used to run track with Kristin. We used to say "be a bullet" to remember how to leave the blocks. She is such a funny person. She is always posting relatable parenting posts. She has has 3 cute boys under 5 and is hoping to get a girl by next year. She is an awesome mom and I'm glad she asked me to take her photos. We braved the brisk November air to get these last fall leaves.

This is my cousin Ashlie and her fiance' Jordan. They recently got engaged and wanted to take some pictures. We found some beautiful fall leaves at Mt. Ogden Park just before the last leaves fell.

So here's an interesting story. I met Amalia when she came to my house to take some blood samples for my insurance. We got to talking and she noticed my photography business logo on my wall. A few weeks later she hit me up on Facebook to take her family pictures. She was so worried that it would be weird but it totally wasn't. She is super cool and we have a lot in common. One of these days she's going to teach me to cook some Puerto Rican food.

Sara used to do my hair for dances back in high school. She was always super sweet and had the biggest smile. She's sentimental like me. She has such a beautiful family. Funny story: After this photo shoot my keys fell out in the field we were shooting in and I had to have my husband come and save me. We got some beautiful pictures nonetheless.

The Avery Family are the next door neighbors to our bigger referral client, the Olsons.  They've been coming back to us for a few years now. Such a sweet photogenic family. Took them out to the Kaysville Botanical Gardens for some nice fall colors.  It also happened to be Hadley's first birthday so we took a few of her for her big day as well.

Meet the Fox Family. Adam went to high school with my husband. This was one of the easiest families i've ever photographed. They just do their thing and I snap away. I love when I don't have to pose people and they just act natural. It makes for a more genuine and beautiful session.  Annie has the most gorgeous French accent and their son Josen was just a natural little stud. One of my favorite sessions yet!

The Federico's are another family that have been with us since day one. She was referred to us by the Olson Family(her brother) and we've been doing their pics since their youngest daughter was just a baby. Took these beautiful pics of them at a park in Farmington. Love how they all dressed up!

My friend Sara asked me to take some pics of her daughter for her birthday invitations. It was a Chef themed party. She had the hat and apron specially made. So cute!

I have known Brittany since high school, so when she asked us to be her wedding and engagement photographers we were delighted. Her fiancee Matt has an aunt with a beautiful house up in east Layton. Stunning views and a gorgeous house for photos!

Took this adorable little family out to Black Island Farms right before it opened for the season. Such a cute location! Lots of tall grass and hay stacks and farm equipment.

I went to high school with Chelsea and have taken her family's photos a few times now.  This was seriously such a fun bunch to work with.  They are avid sports fans and had this idea for a super cute photo with grandma and grandpa acting as the refs. Too fun!

The Olson Family was one of the first families we ever took pictures of and they have referred so many great clients to us. We love watching their beautiful family grow.

Right before this pictures was taken, we asked them to sit down and a snake went slithering by. I'm surprised we caught them smiling after that!
