A baby is on the way for Kasey, Alexis and their girls. 

Rachael has been a friend of my family's since I was really young. She was my aunt's best friend in high school. I think I met her when I was like 4 or 5. I used to babysit her son who is now a grown man. Her beautiful family let me take their Christmas Card pics this year and although it was a brisk day we were able to get some beautiful golden hour photos.

 Winter pictures are hard. It's cold. Noses are runny and red. Kids don't want to take their ugly coats off over their cute outfits. The Shupe Family did great. We met up at Snowbasin to get some nice wintery photos. Their sweet little baby girl was pretty cold but they were troopers and we got some nice Christmas card pictures for them

A business owner randomly reached out to me and asked me if i'd be interested in doing a trade. I had never really considered doing a trade before, but i'm a firm believer in you scratch my back and i'll scratch yours or in this case, massage yours. She had just opened a location in Clinton and we took some quick photos of her new location.

Chris and Kristen have been together since I knew them in high school. They are one of the longest standing marriages from all the couples I knew in high school. After moving around with the military for several years, they settled back in Utah and reached out for some pics in their hometown.

The sweet Fox family reached out to me and informed me that after their first round of IV, they were pregnant. Annie has told me she wanted another baby since I first took their family pics a few years ago. I'm so happy for this sweet family and how adorable is their announcement. They love baseball so they wanted to incorporate it into their shoot. Congrats on the new little fox!

Another high school friend of mine. Crystal was one of my close friends in middle school too. Her adorable family met me at Jensen Nature Park in Syracuse and we caught some pretty sunlight for her family pics.

While I was on a roll taking pictures of my own family, I decided to get my brother and sister and parents together to update their pictures. I think the picture my mom has is about 2 years old and the two youngest kids are missing. It wasn't an easy feat but I got everyone together. It was touch and go up until the hour before I told everyone to meet. I'm not sure when we'll be able to get together again so I hope none of my siblings has kids for awhile! LOL

Well look who it is! We finally got out and took some recent family photos. I had my sister-in-law come and help out because it is so hard to get my kids to look at a camera mounted on a tripod now. i don't know how much longer I can take our own family pictures. The pics turned out awesome! I'm so happy to have my own pictures to print and hang on the wall.

Amber is a friend of mine from high school. I just remember her hair was always on point. She's a hair stylist now. I took her and her cute boys to the Kaysville Botanical Garden.

The crazy thing about taking pictures is all the people I get to see from high school. Social media kind of makes it hard to maintain in-person friendships so it's nice to spend some time with people and meet their families even if it's just briefly.
